We teach our students to develop the right management consulting approach to solve any consulting challenge. Designing the correct approach involves distilling the essence of the entire management consulting toolkit into actionable steps.

Presentation

We train our students to present information in a minimalistic yet impactful way, ensuring their presentations always stand out. The focus is on delivering clear, concise, client-centered messages that resonate and drive action.

Execution

Developing the right strategy is essential for a management consultant, but its execution is crucial. Our learning model emphasizes mastering the ability to execute projects and ensure everything is completed. We instill in our students a results-driven mindset, teaching them to see every project through to successful completion with no room for partial solutions.

A word from our founder

With years of experience in management consulting, Vladimir Lazarevik founded LMC Academy to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills needed to excel in management consulting.

Management consulting is all about the details. As highly paid professionals, we must always strive for perfection. Errors, typos, or—God forbid—mistakes are unacceptable and must be avoided at all costs. Even something trivial can become a significant issue, casting a shadow over otherwise brilliant work.

With the right set of skills, one can achieve anything. Skills can be learned, practiced, and continuously developed, enhancing the value of formal education. While much is gained through studies, true professional fulfillment comes when we contribute to family, friends, and the community. Mastering your skillset becomes crucial to delivering exceptional results.
I believe in the pursuit of equal opportunity for all. However, my career has shown me that not everyone can seize opportunities, even when they seem equally available—often because these opportunities are elusive. This is not usually due to a lack of intelligence or insufficient education but rather a lack of the right skills to stand out. Skills are not just tools; they create opportunities, constantly pushing the boundaries of what once seemed unattainable. I have worked in various settings throughout my career, and I know many more experiences are yet to come—I can’t stay still!

But my greatest passion has always been supporting the younger generation, sharing knowledge, challenging their critical thinking, and helping them consistently stand out.
This passion led me to write You, the Consultant, a book on management consulting. With the book now in the hands of Europe Book editors and expected to be published in early 2025, the time was right to launch LMC Academy (Leadership and Management Consulting). And now, here we are, launching the academy.
LMC Academy was created to equip the next generation of leaders with a comprehensive management consulting toolkit and a unique mindset for solving professional challenges of any kind. We have an office in Skopje, a head office in Dubai, and representation in Riyadh. We plan to bring this flagship program to other cities as demand grows.
